The above mentioned prices include:

Prices are in euros (€) and include all legal taxes.
Prices are per house and night.
Welcome basket with fruits and wine on arrival.
Daily cleaning service, except Sunday.
Change every two days of the bed linen, bathrobes, face, hand and swimming pool towels and slippers.
Private free parking.
baby cot - chair.
24hour security service.

Payment conditions:

30% deposit to confirm reservation. The remaining cost must be paid 3 weeks (21days) before the arrival

If the total amount has not been prepaid on the date set and reservation not cancelled, we preserve the right to keep the deposit and cancel the reservation

Cancellation

All reservations can be cancelled 10 days before the arrival date period between (01/01-31/05 & 01/10-31/12/2013) free of charge, except of the high season i.e. period between (01/06 – 30/09) when cancellation can be made 21 days before the arrival date free of charge.
In case of cacellation less than 21 days before arrival date in high season, cancellation fee 30% of the deposit.
In case of cancellation less than 10 days before arrival date in high season, cancellation fee 75% of the deposit.
In case the client/guest does not appear at all (no-show), deposit is non refundable.

General information

All electricity, water, air conditioning, maintenance, 6 days/wk cleaning service is included in the price.
Minimum 7 nights stay during (12/06 – 11/09/2013) & Minimum 3 nights stay during (01/01-11/06 & 12/09-31/12/2013) All houses are available all year around
